Ordering Gelagen And Getting It To Your Door

What Happens After You Order
- Confirmation. An email arrives within minutes carrying an order number. If it has not appeared within an hour, check the spam folder, then check the address you typed.
- Picking and packing. Reckon on a working day or two when nothing unusual is happening. An order placed on Friday evening starts on Monday.
- Dispatch and tracking. A second email carries the tracking number. It often shows nothing for a day, because a label is generated before the parcel is physically scanned anywhere.
- In transit. Typically five to seven working days inside the United States from dispatch.
- Delivery. A plain outer box with nothing on it describing the contents.

One Thing About Gummies And Warm Weather
Gummies soften in heat. A parcel that has spent an afternoon in a hot delivery van or on a doorstep in July can arrive with the gummies stuck together. They are not spoiled and they are perfectly fine to take — put the bottle in the fridge for an hour and they separate. This is normal for every gummy supplement on the market and it is worth knowing in advance rather than worrying about it on the day.
Orders From Outside The United States
- Time. Once a customs desk is in the chain, anything from a fortnight to a month is normal.
- Duty and import tax. Set by the destination country, charged to the recipient, and not part of anything shown at checkout.
- Local rules. A few countries restrict supplement imports. Ten minutes on your own country’s rules is time much better spent before you pay than afterwards.
If A Parcel Has Stalled
Tracking that has not moved for two working days is usually a scanning gap rather than a lost parcel. Give it a third day. If it is still frozen, the support address on your confirmation email is the one that can actually see the order and open a case with the carrier.
Before assuming the worst, check the three things that account for most missing parcels: a neighbour took it in, the carrier left it in a safe place and photographed it, or there is a typo in the delivery address on your confirmation email.

How long does Gelagen take to arrive?
A working day or two to leave the warehouse, then somewhere around five to seven working days on the road within the US. Anything crossing a border is a two to four week affair.
Is shipping free?

My gummies arrived stuck together. Is that a problem?
No. Heat softens gummies and they can fuse in transit. An hour in the fridge separates them and they are perfectly fine to take.

Can I change my address after ordering?
