Privacy Policy
No cookies, no scripts, no forms and no mailing list. Here is the whole picture, written as a set of plain questions.
Does This Site Use Cookies?
None at all. Every page you are looking at is a plain HTML file with a single stylesheet attached to it. There is no tracking script, no analytics tag, no advertising pixel and no JavaScript of any kind anywhere on this domain. That is unusual in 2026 and it is deliberate.
Is There Anything To Sign Up For?
No, and that removes most of what a privacy policy normally has to cover. There is no account, no newsletter, no wishlist, no quiz, no comment box and no form on any page. Nothing here asks you to type anything.
Writing to us is the only way to hand over a personal detail, and that is entirely your choice to make.
What The Server Records By Itself
The web host keeps standard access logs, exactly as every website on the internet does. A log line records which file was requested, when, from what internet address, and which browser asked for it. These exist so the site keeps running and so abuse can be spotted, and the host rotates them out on its own schedule.
Nobody reads them looking for you. They are infrastructure, not a customer database.
What Happens To An Email You Send
Write to [email protected] and we keep your message and your address for as long as it takes to answer you, plus a sensible period afterwards in case the thread continues. You are not added to a list, because no list exists.
What Happens When You Click Order
You leave. The checkout, the payment page, the address you type and the card you use all belong to the seller and sit on the seller’s systems under their privacy policy, which is worth two minutes of reading when you get there. None of it passes through this site and none of it comes back here afterwards.
The order link carries a short tracking parameter so the seller can tell which site sent the visit. It identifies this website. It does not identify you, and the affiliate arrangement behind it is spelled out at the bottom of every page.
One Third Party, Named
The typefaces on this site load from Google Fonts. That means your browser fetches two font files from a Google server, and that server sees an internet address as part of handing them over. It is the sole outside service involved in loading any page here, and we would rather name it than leave you to find it in the page source.
Your Rights, And How Little There Is To Exercise Them On
Wherever you live, you may be entitled to ask what is held about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, or to object to its use. Those requests are welcome and they are usually answered the same week, mainly because there is so little to look through. Send them to the address above.
Anyone Under Eighteen
Gelagen is a product for adults and this website is written for adults. We do not knowingly hold anything about a child, and if something of that kind is ever brought to our attention it is deleted rather than reviewed.
Where Everything Physically Sits
The site files live on ordinary web hosting, which may be in the United States or elsewhere depending on the provider. Email runs through a standard mail service. There is no third processor beyond those two.
If This Page Changes
The date underneath the heading at the top moves whenever anything material here does. Since there is nobody on a mailing list to warn, that date is the notification.
